Privacy policy

Agents for Agents is a studio of Begin Again Productions, a Delaware limited liability company. Mail: P.O. Box 284, Fairfax, CA 94930. This policy covers agentsforagents.co and the Listing Kit. It describes what actually happens, including the parts most policies leave out.
The short version
- The marketing site does not set advertising cookies and does not run an ad or analytics pixel.
- We collect personal information when you give it to us in a form, or when you become a customer and hand us material to build your kits.
- Your listing photos and the outputs we make from them are used for your kit. We do not reuse them on someone else’s listing, and we do not train AI models on them.
- We never sell personal information, and we never share it for advertising.
- Email support@agentsforagents.co to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you.
What we collect on this website
If you submit a form, we receive what you type: your name, email, market, an optional note, a listing link if you share one, and the photo-rights confirmation when the form asks for it. That goes into our database and arrives in our inbox so we can reply.
Some pages send a small, anonymous signal when you interact with certain elements, recording the event name, the time, and the page path. It is not stored as a profile and is not used to advertise to you. Our host also keeps standard server logs, as every host does.
Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts and Fontshare. Fetching a font shares your IP address and browser details with those hosts, the way any web request does.
What we collect from customers
A kit needs material about you and the listing, and you provide all of it: contact details, brokerage, the listing address and photos, links to your public profiles, samples of your writing, and optionally a short voice recording, which we transcribe. We use this to produce your kits and to make them sound like you.
Outputs, originals, and what we do not do with them
Enhanced stills, copy, captions, and any motion cut from your photos are made for the listing you sent. Originals travel with the enhanced files so you can publish both. We do not use one customer’s photos or outputs for another customer’s work. We do not train our models on your material.
How you disclose those Outputs when you publish them — on the MLS, on social, on a site you control — is your responsibility as the licensee. The kit’s disclosure file is support for that job, not a public posting we make on your behalf. See the terms, section 6.
How long we keep things

If we become aware of a breach of your personal data, we notify affected people as soon as we reasonably can after confirming it, with what we know and what we are doing about it.

Cookies
This marketing site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Checkout on Stripe is Stripe’s page and follows Stripe’s terms. Customers and operators who sign in to our console receive an essential authentication cookie that keeps them signed in. We use no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.
Professional outreach
We market to licensed real-estate agents. Messages we send include a working unsubscribe and our postal address (P.O. Box 284, Fairfax, CA 94930). An opt-out is honored when it arrives. If you want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted, one email does it.
Your choices and California
Ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at support@agentsforagents.co. We will do it unless a legal or accounting obligation requires keeping a record, and we will tell you which it is. We honor the access, correction, deletion, and no-retaliation rights California privacy law describes for everyone we hold data on, whether or not a statute technically obliges us to at our size. We do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms.
This site and service are for working professionals and are not directed to children. If the way we handle data changes in a way that matters, this page changes first and the effective date above moves with it.
